  • Memberships are available with options for 4 week, 12 week, or 24 week commitments.

  • A one month introductory membership is available to all new members.

  • All sessions are 60 minutes. 90 minute sessions are available on request for an additional fee.

  • All memberships include on-going access to educational support as well as text support to ensure you’re staying on track. This allows you to check in and ask questions or ask for further instruction between sessions.

2 Ankle straps

A place to anchor the bands at ankle height, chest height and above the head

2 poles or thick dowel rod/pvc pipes cut roughly the same height as you and sturdy enough to support your body
